Several months ago AirSplat was asked to take part in an Education to Business program at Pepperdine University. We were honored to have been asked to be a partnering company with such a prestigious program at Pepperdine. As a partner company, we were assigned a team of MBA students that would help identify and solve real business issues. As a growing company, we are always open to hearing how we can better ourselves everyday. We are taking many of their ideas into account and implementing them company wide.
What attributes to our great success over the years is taking customers and their feedback as our number one priority. Sure we have great airsoft guns and gear, but what is all that without our valuable customers? Every piece of advice and feedback that our customers leave for us are taken into consideration.
Like other successful companies, we do our best to engage with our customers as much as possible. Thus the reason we spend so much time on social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, MySpace, YouTube, and Blogger. Any of our customers can visit our pages to view our latest products, sales, promotions, events, contests, leave us feedback and more.
Here is a testimonial that was given by AirSplat to Pepperdine’s MBA program:
